We're not just a summer area for customers, tourists, visitors etc.

As I sit in my houspickwickmemories_thumb.jpge I notice people driving about and see folks from other places visiting our area. You can tell that their just looking around because the erratic and slow driving. This happens every day of the week and sure more on Saturday and Sunday. This is a desirable place to live and the people from Nashville, Memphis and other places know that this is a nice place to settle down. To raise a family in Pickwick/Counce is a wise decision. Soon more and more people will see that.

Realtors see it and always have. This area is prime for growth and you sure can't beat the scenery. People are deciding that this is the place to live and commute great distances to work. They will drive an hour and more each way to keep there family in a safe place to live. How can you blame them?

So lets keep this fabulous place that we live in, clean and picked up. The park is clean and so beautiful. It makes you want to keep your home nice and complimentary to the area we live in. I saw a guy throw a cup out on Winnsprings the other day and I wanted to say something to him. He had Mississippi plates and I know that it takes all of us to get the job done. When it comes to making our place to live beautiful and desirable, it will take every one of us who live here to do our parts in keeping it clean...for us and not anyone else.
