This week we decided to stop by the Friday Night Buffett at the Pickwick Landing State Park.It was wonderful to say the least. For $14.25 each, my wife and I had a dinner of all dinners. They had whole catfish deviled crab, fried shrimp and boiled shrimp, fried clams, tilapia and more. For those who don't enjoy all seafood they had baked chicken and this country sliced ham that was incredible. Keep in mind that this is ALL-U-CAN-EAT.
At the Pickwick Landing State Park, the buffet also included a wonderful Seafood Salad that made my mouth water. Their Vegetable Bar was loaded up with all kinds of tasty Veggies and the Salad bar was incredible. The breads were fresh and baked to perfection. This is where it gets important to me....The Dessert Bar. They had homemade pies and cakes that were mouthwatering. You will be glad that you ate just a little less so you can load up on these fantastic desserts. The people there were as nice as could be. Very polite and the service was outstanding. We had no wait and were seated and eating immediately. Usually buffetts are not my cup of tea so to speak, but our visit there was indeed a treat. I rate the visit a 5 stars out 6. The Pickwick Landing State Park is on Hwy. 57 at Pickwick Dam, TN and you can call them at 731-689-3135. Stop by and see them soon and tell them you read the review in the Pickwick Express. My next review will be at The Links Restaurant....watch for it here soon! Jonah Masters |
